Better Health Eating NATURAL FOODS
- Natural foods have not been processed
to the extent that most fast foods and supermarket foods have...therefore
earning the title of Natural.
- Organic foods are natural foods that have
been grown without chemical pesticides or herbicides, and also have been
grown with balanced fertilizers such as compost, so are more nutritious
and usually more tasty.
- Some supermarkets do carry some natural
foods, but most are found in health food stores. The best may be those you grow yourself, if you are able to have a garden.
- Natural food supplements may provide many of the nutrients which may have been missing from your diet.
- The food you eat is only one part leading to good health. Exercise is another part. The water you drink and bathe in is another. Bio-magnetics (including sleep systems) may also make a significant difference in your health.
